I will expose the Authentic Conversation portion of the model in a serious of postings over the next few weeks. We teach our clients how to have authentic conversations through our Authentic Speaking Map™ and our Authentic Listening Map™.
Authentic Conversations start with establishing the concerns that are driving the conversation and the commitment to the conversation.
