The Executive Perspective

It Doesn’t Have To Be Lonely At The Top!

In an effort to assist executives in the difficult job of running a company, Strategic Momentum has created a powerful new program we call, “The Executive Perspective”. We established The Executive Perspective to give small to medium size company executives and managers access to the knowledge and insights necessary to enhance their business growth potential. It is our experience that many entrepreneurs that successfully start a business reach a revenue and profit plateau. History has shown us that they have a difficult time breaking through these plateaus. Since a business is a system, and as a system, it is perfectly designed to produce the results it is producing; if you do not like the results you have to change the design. Unfortunately, if the leadership teams we’ve worked with knew how to do this, they would be able to break through the low to flat growth they are experiencing.

The Executive Perspective provides a unique opportunity for business executives to meet, share experiences and resolve business challenges by learning new ideas and methods to see where they are stuck, and to enhance their ability to create a breakthrough. We do this through the power of collaborative cohort learning.  A cohort learning team offers a very powerful approach to learning effectiveness because each member is focused not only on their success, but the success of the other members. This environment provides the dynamic convergence of people and ideas resulting in each member gaining a broader perspective from the experiences and insights of other business leaders, the learning facilitator and the educational content of each session.  The cohort team approach tends to foster lasting business and personal relationships that are invaluable.

As a senior executive, you are responsible for many of the top-line and bottom-line decisions made within your company.  How are these decisions vetted?  What is your decision making model?  What is the range of business and/or environmental factors you consider? What frameworks do you work with to do effective strategy formulation and business process development?  How do you address building the capability of the team within your organization? How do you resolve growth and profitability issues?

Access to the Program

Access to the program is strictly limited to senior executives who want to take their game to the next level by taking the time to learn best leadership and management practices in a cohort learning setting.  This means you are not only committing to your own learning, but you are also committing to the learning of your cohort team.  In other words, the cohort team is standing for the success of each member.

The cohort learning environment provides a forum to engage in an invigorating exchange of information, ideas and insights, and provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable information and advice from other experienced CEOs and top-level executives while you are learning new leadership, management and business practices to take your business to the next level.

How the Program Works

Each cohort group is limited to senior executives from non-competing companies. The cohort group commits to twelve pre-scheduled monthly learning sessions.   Each learning session will be eight hours and will build on the previous session.  The sessions will focus on building the critical leadership and management practices you need to take your business to the next level.  Each session will teach key distinctions in a highly interactive manner to encourage the embodiment of each distinction.  Your learning will be fully operational in nature.  That means, after each session you will be able to employ what you have learned immediately.
